With more than 40 years in the Professional Wrestling business you might wonder what Clyde "The Eliminator" Benefield does to stay in shape.
Well, when he's not slapping wrestlers around for disobeying the rules, he likes to lift weights. He got his early training from professional strong man and wrestling champion, Milo Steinborn. Milo Steinborn opened the first body building and wrestling gym in the USA in 1954 in Orlando, Florida called the Orange Avenue Gym.
The Eliminator was one of the first members at this historic gym learning the old school style strength training and wrestling moves from one of the pioneers of Professional Wrestling in the USA.
Not only is The Eliminator a great athlete but his wrestling skill has been acknowledge in the history books worldwide as a member of the most prestigious martial arts Hall of Fames.
